- 4 burpees
- Add 2 reps after each round
Full Body Complex | 40/20 | 4 rounds
- Shoulder raise to Romanian deadlift
- Clean and press
- Deadlift to upright row
Triple Trouble | 5 sets
- 6/8 Split squat left
- 6/8 split squat right
- 6/8 goblet squat
Mad Dog | 15, 12, 9, 6, 3
- Clean and squat
- American swing
- Press ups
